Every piece is made by Patti, or alongside her daughters who learn from her decades of expertise. You can feel the love, care, and quality in every stitch.

Our deliveries are quick, usually taking just 2–4 business days depending on your location. Once your order is placed, we will arrange the collection with the courier. From there, all tracking updates will be sent directly to you by the courier so you can follow your package and see the exact delivery day.

Our return policies differ based on the collection. We offer a strict 48-hour return window for our Twelve & Co and The Archive Lab pieces. However, to protect the hygiene and delicate quality of our luxurious mohair fibres, our one-of-a-kind Twelve Yarns pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
